II. MISSION & OPERATIONAL PHILOSOPHY

CBooksPublishing operates as a high-quality self-publishing partner. Our core principle is to provide professional infrastructure while ensuring the creator maintains absolute creative and administrative sovereignty over their work.

III. CLIENT CONTROL & FINAL APPROVAL

Ultimate Authority: The Client retains 100% control over all content, design, and distribution decisions.
Final Approval: No manuscript, cover art, or marketing material shall be finalized or published without the explicit Final Approval of the Client.
Instruction-Based Workflow: As a self-publishing service, CBooksPublishing and its representatives act as facilitators who follow the instructions provided by the Client. We execute the Client’s vision according to their specific specifications.

IV. EDITORIAL & DESIGN STANDARDS

Execution: While we provide professional tools and expertise, the final aesthetic and editorial direction are determined by the Client.
Revisions: The Client has the right to request revisions to ensure the output aligns perfectly with their original intent.

V. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP

Full Ownership: The Client retains all rights, titles, and interests in and to their work, including copyrights and subsidiary rights.
Autonomy: The Client reserves the right to withdraw their work or change publishing parameters at their discretion, subject to the terms of the service agreement.

VI. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

Proprietary Information: All client instructions, manuscripts, and personal data are treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
Data Integrity: We ensure that the Client’s digital assets are protected throughout the production process.
